Here at Stratford Self Store, our countryside estate offices are available to rent to businesses of all sizes throughout the year. Our offices vary in size and therefore dependent upon your business requirements and the amount of staff which would be based there, we hope to be able to cater to you!
The offices come furnished or unfurnished, and in addition, all units are allotted dedicated parking spaces, with plenty of visitor parking and no traffic jams!
There are a range of facilities available on site such as a manned reception office where your visitors will be welcomed, postal services, stunning meeting room at reduced rental for tenants, visitor parking and visiting food van.
We make everything as easy and manageable as possible for our clients and therefore, building insurance and service charges are included within your monthly direct plan with us. This means that there are no hidden costs when renting our office spaces.

Offices are available from £600pcm.
Deposit & Rent – Three months security deposit is required before a tenant moves in and the rent is paid monthly in advance via standing order mandate.
Term – A 12 month Licence agreement is used by the owners and is available to view upon request.
